"I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf - Neuss, and while the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, the overall experience was disappointing—especially as a Gold IHG Member. Unlike other IHG properties I’ve stayed at, there were no membership benefits at all—no upgrades, no welcome perks, nothing that made me feel valued as a loyal guest.
