"Location was awesome, just near the zoo (the zoo itself is pretty overpriced. Had way better experience way cheaper in central europe, especially in prague) and 3-4 minutes away from U-Bahn station. This let us be in the center in about 15-20 minutes pretty easily and there is a direct bus route to airport from the same place. The staff was friendly, decent breakfast, really spacy rooms with themed decorations on each floor, the kids really enjoyed staying there after a well-know chain stay in Bremen. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in time and were given the keys right away. Nespresso machine with free coffee was a good addition for the stay. Maybe a kettle additionally would be even better. Also the fridge was almost full with mini bar items, so we had to store our snacks outside it. "
