"We enjoyed our stay here very much, the house is nice and roomy and well equipped. It’s in a private area with gate system which gives a very secure feeling although being in a sleepy village there wasn’t any cause for worry. parking space for 2 cars. We were glad of the airco in the dining area as temperatures got quite high in the afternoon/evening. Two nice little sitting areas at the side of the house to relax outside but we did miss having a garden for more active relaxation. Not seen in...

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"We stayed a week in this lovely cottage. I cannot praise it enough. The location is fantastic in a lovely quiet little village close to good amenities in nearby Benfeld. It is great for exploring Colmar, Strasbourg, Alsace and the Black Forest. The cottage is comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. "The renovated farmhouse was perfect for a large group, particularly with the outdoor patio and the ping pong table and foozball table in the barn. It allowed us to be together, but with space to group apart. Claude and Veronique were wonderful. "Terrasse envahie par les mauvaises herbes, 2 des chambres en mezzanine qui donnent sur la cuisine et le salon sans aucune aeration donc irrespirables quand il fait chaud, pas de détecteur de fumée, équipement de base non présent ( passoire, planche à découper...). A noter la proximité immédiate d'une ferme d'élevage et des inconvénients associés. Dommage, car la propriété et ses environs sont très agréables, avec la proximité d'un plan d'eau avec sa petite plage."
