"Natalie is an excellent host! The property was clean and appropriately warm when we walked in. The house was decorated in period decor for Christmas - a lovely touch!The home is well appointed with all the necessary amenities and the beds are incredibly comfortable!"

"We throughly enjoyed our three nights in Anke's cottage. It provided a great base to explore Strasbourg and the Alsace region. The cottage itself is cozy and enchanting, located on the grounds of a larger chatelet. Anke and her husband Eric were welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend!"

"Mein Mann und ich waren für ein paar ruhige Tage mit unserer kleinen Hündin in dem süßen kleinen Ferienhaus zu Besuch. Wir wollten mal in Ruhe abschalten, lesen und relaxen. Es war perfekt!! Noch nie hatten wir eine solche Einweisung und liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail ausgearbeitete Informationen zum Haus und allen Möglichkeiten. "Marguerite was a wonderful host and her house and garden are beautiful. There is plenty of room for a couple to relax. The lounge has two big sofas, nice lights and satellite TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a new oven and lots of pans and cutlery. The bedroom is comfortable and the shower is easy to use. We also appreciated the washing machine and iron. "We loved everything about our stay this week - the house was decorated so sweetly and they even had a Christmas tree up! The location was perfect, not far to Strasbourg at all - and it’s in the cutest little town.We have been spoiled by the towel warmers in the bathrooms and the super comfortable beds. The hosts gave us several suggestions on where to go/eat and even let us practice speaking French with them (sorry!). We will definitely be coming back to stay here again, would love to see the...

"Un gîte cosy très agréable pour toute la famille. Nous sommes venus y passer Noël : le sapin était fait et une jolie crèche mise en scène complétait la décoration. "Alte Sandsteinmauern, dicke Balken und darin eine moderne, sehr individuell eingerichtete großzügige Wohnung. Der Garten auch im Herbst wunderbar, ländliche Beete, Rasen, ein kleiner Teich, geschützte Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Dorf liegt mitten im Elsass und ist trotzdem untouristisch und sehr ruhig. "Unsere Woche in Breuschwickersheim bei Frau Huth war sehr erholsam. Bei Ankunft wurden wir überaus freundlich empfangen und ausführlich in die Wohnung und die Freizeitaktivitäten der näheren Umgebung eingewiesen! Fahrradtouren nach Straßburg (ca.15km) und in die benachbarten Ortschaften sind sehr zu empfehlen da es einen sehr schönen Radweg entlang des Kanals gibt!! Alles in allem eine kurzweilige Woche! "

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "Charming boutique hotel with a bicycle theme. Rooms are small but well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideal if you arrive in Strasbourg by train yet still only a ten minute walk into the old town. Busses and streetcars are also close nearby for further travel. The 20 Euro breakfast is not a bad value with good variety not limited to croissants and coffee. I would stay again."

Excellent comfortable hotel with great breakfast

"Excellent hotel, quiet despite being right opposite the Railway Station, I was upgraded to what I believe is one of the newly refurbished rooms on arrival, lovely comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked. Small area at reception where one could purchase snacks and various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks Excellent Breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks available in the morning, would certainly stay here again if visiting Strasbourg or just staying overnight"
