"On arrival it did not appear that my room had been cleaned as evidenced by trash in the bin, dirty coffee mug and spoon (single in a room with double occupancy). There was no toilet paper. Took me some time before I discovered the light switch the door. But then to my horror it only illuminated the absolute filth and grime of the toilet. The room was stifling hot. No hangers in the robe. Clutter in dresser top drawer. Bedside had curled up slippers in top drawer & horrific stains in the bottom...

"We had a fantastic stay at the Woodvale. The food was excellent and despite it being a very busy time (just a few days before Christmas so lots of big parties) we didn't wait too long for our meals. "Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "
