"This is a truly impressive house. The short title of the listing is absolutely correct; it is a stunning location. You are practically in your own forest with a Loch just a minute's walk. There are lots of walks around the house, and it is completely peaceful. There is an abundance of wildlife in the garden, including pheasants, Red Squirrels and hundreds of birds. "We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!"

"This is a nice, spacious property in a good location in Aviemore and we had a very comfortable stay. The only problem we had was that the property wasn't cleaned for us on arrival and still had dirty bed linen etc from the previous guests. There seemed to have been a miscommunication with the cleaners but after calling Gary, he managed to get it resolved for us asap, which was much appreciated."

"Our property was close to Aviemore town but on a pretty, quiet little estate.It had everything we needed for our walking holiday in Scotland. "If you want total peace and quiet then this cottage is a place to stay. Surrounded by fields and hills and mountains made it so beautiful. Unfortunately it was not very warm when we stayed but having a open fire made it feel so cosy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the shop is only a short drive away."
