"Unassuming from the outside but airy, clean and calm inside, the service was first class, the room was terrific - quiet, clean and with tea, coffee and fresh milk, you couldn't ask for more from a guest house. The parking was secure and attached to the house. All in all, hard to beat."

"For my purposes, the Pincerna Rooms fitted the bill perfectly. A short stroll from the station, Union Street and the various offices that I needed to visit. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast but that is because I forgot to book it. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchen looked great and well equipped.
