"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city - walkable to most attractions but also transport links easily available. We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!! "

"This was such a great experience! We came in for a night, and got luck getting a street parking spot just a half a block from the hotel - and it’s free on weekends. The hotel is very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. We were checked in within a few minutes of arrival. The location is amazing. "The hotel is clean, modern and very quiet. Rooms are large, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Location is superb just a short walk to fisherman’s bastion and the palace and within minutes to the chain bridge with access to the city centre."

"On the Danube and looking across to Pest and the Parliament building is a great vista night and day. The Budapest transport system is unbelievably good. Goes everywhere and is quick and very frequent. The tram stops right outside the hotel. Super nice breakfast with friendly staff who are also very helpful. The beds are quite soft and very warm. The air con wasn’t on but will be shortly - it was in between seasons. There are no windows that open so you would rely on this working in the summer...

"Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung am Waldrand. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Mountainbike/Fahrradfahren. Wer gern in der Natur unterwegs ist, ist hier genau richtig. Man kann aber auch gut einkaufen (shoppen) gehen. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Disappointing

"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."
