"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city - walkable to most attractions but also transport links easily available. We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!! "

"This was such a great experience! We came in for a night, and got luck getting a street parking spot just a half a block from the hotel - and it’s free on weekends. The hotel is very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. We were checked in within a few minutes of arrival. The location is amazing. Disappointing

"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."
