"Clean and modern. Amazing view from the piazza of Lake Como. Extremely attentive host. Garage space great for small car. The walk up to the house is well worth the view and the serenity of the hillside. Def consult the hosts Instagram page for directions. Will stay again!"

"The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. "We stayed a few days in Veracana in the Casa Lady which was our base during our canyoning trip and it was perfect. The house is located in a small village with a magnificent viewpoint, shops nearby and a great pizzeria with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Casa is large and well appointed, and it has a terrace where we were able to eat."

We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. "Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. "Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely."
