"The hotel was everything we were looking for to have a comfortable and convenient location near attractions. We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. But yes the phone in the room does not work but the front desk doesn’t answer the phone even when placing a call from your cellphone. But everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels every time we needed some but we kept the sign of do not disturb on our door at all times....
