"Jerusalem was quite different this year from previous years. I was at several hostels, it was a rule rather than the exception that there was nobody at the reception when I tried to check in. At this one I had to sneak in and wait for about an hour before anyone came. The place didn't feel like a hostel anymore. There were very few tourists or travelers; the hostel was occupied by guest workers from India, none of them spoke English or Hebrew."

Power electricity to charge phone depends on how long you keep turned on your own lamp. I had bad roommates who decided to turn off the lights for all the room and the air conditioning temperature. Roommates kept windows open even when it was freezing and let mosquitos enter to the whole room.. so I couldn't sleep some nights because of mosquitos. You have to deal with...

"This was the best Hostel ever! the rooms were clean and comfortable. The most delicious breakfast out of any Hostel and even better than most Hotels. the location was amazing as it was close to the tram and the jaffa gate!"
