"I could write many paragraphs on the Romanos but I will stick to the highlights. It is a very good hotel - perhaps not quite exceptional, but very good in many areas. Combined with the Westin it is large - we went late October which was perhaps fractionally late for sunbathing (though it was about 25 degrees between 11-4 so good for lying by the pool or on the beach) - but perfect golfing temperature. The golf is excellent, the tennis set-up is disappointing despite the number of courts. ...

The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. "We had an amazing experience at Villa Vager. We were greeted by a very friendly host who took our bags up to our second level room. The room was spacious and so cozy. We had to leave early in the am to get to the airport so they accommodated us with an early breakfast. They brought the food up to our private veranda and it was very delicious. We wish we could have spent another few nights, maybe next time! "
