"The hotel is beautiful and all staff are very polite and friendly. Our room and ensuite were spotlessly clean and we loved the seaview from the balcony. Breakfast was good value for money. There is a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away and plenty of places to eat and a couple of supermarkets in walking distance. The hotel has a car park located close by. The only downside was traffic noise i think because our room was next to the road but didn't spoil our holiday. "

"I could write many paragraphs on the Romanos but I will stick to the highlights. It is a very good hotel - perhaps not quite exceptional, but very good in many areas. Combined with the Westin it is large - we went late October which was perhaps fractionally late for sunbathing (though it was about 25 degrees between 11-4 so good for lying by the pool or on the beach) - but perfect golfing temperature. The golf is excellent, the tennis set-up is disappointing despite the number of courts. Private lessons are absurdly expensive and they have not managed to create a 'Club' feel at the tennis by organising age group or ability clinics which are so important for kids to make new friends. The dining options are very good and the food is of a high standard (although quite a few restaurants were closed by late Oct which was disappointing). (although quite a few restaurants were closed by late Oct which was disappointing). Unless you rent a car it is pretty difficult to leave the resort and find much cheaper more local tavernas. The place is crazy expensive - €5 for one Karaoke song or €50 for an hour's padel is not going to encourage people to try it with their kids. The golf is crazy expensive but full anyhow and very well laid on across the 4 courses. The buggy system if you have U18s is tiresome - you have to have a buggy but cannot drive it if you are U18 so if 2 kids play you have to have 2 adults driving the buggies (and they charge you for the extra buggy that you do no "

"What can I say......wonderful hosts, wonderful house and wonderful Koroni. Me and my partner loved our stay from start to finish. Fida and Chris are amazing hosts. The house is just beautiful, comfy bed and lovely shower. we also enjoyed using the outdoor shower. We had everything we needed and more! The welcome pack was above an beyond anything we have ever experienced. Thank you Fida and Chris.....we will hopefully meet again x"

"Literally right next to road going through this small town ( if road noise bothers you). Nice lobby with restaurants literally behind it and market across street. Inexpensive stay for nights sleep on the road exploring. Host didn’t even ask for my Id just Gave me the key! Later he was not at the desk but found him sitting at the restaurant out back and was my host there too. Large bathroom was nice. Fridge in room and tea provided "

"We had a lovely stay with a very good breakfast served on terrace at a time of your choice .15 min walk to centre down a lane to the sea.lovely beach buy a drink& then sun beds are free.The castle comes out into the sea which is very interesting.No loud music or high rise hotels.We we’re there in September ."

"Golden Sun Hotel is in a truely gorgeous location. It is a delightfully quiet, restful place to swim (in both ocean and pool), read, enjoy the company of froends and marvel at the beautful view. The staff were pleasant to interact with and very welcoming. The facility is dated but in good condition and very well cared for. We very much enjoyed our brief stay and would enjoy a return visit!"
