The proximity to Cooperstown worked very well for us, as did the ability to fish right across the street from the property - my son and I spent a good deal of time casting from the docks. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Amazing house for a winter family getaway .We had tons of snow . Amos was very accessible and cleared the roads on theProperty when needed.Every family member enjoyed themselves. From the 3 yr old toddler , to the 20 , 30 and 60 somethings. We lived the stoneFireplace and hugh wellSupplied kitchen .Thank you Amos and family"
