"The wifi did not work for our entire stay - we tried multiple times to talk to the front desk and were told it would be fixed, but nothing was resolved and no communication or updates. We were then told we would get a call from the General Manager after we checked out but did not receive a call. "The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Bathroom facilities were good. Car parking was good. I was disappointed that the room did not have a toaster. There was no cloth for washing dishes but a tea towel was provided. Microwave provided but no cutlery was there if you did heat meals in it. Minor points but something to think about.
