"Very quaint old San Juan in look and feel. While not the most modern it was good for an overnight stay. The tv was a smart tv and did not have cable for espn or other channels. The room was very clean. "

"This location is convenient to the Plaza Colon. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The host really helped out when I found two ladies just outside looking for their accommodations that turned out to be bogus. So our host was able to accommodate them even though it was REALLY late at night when I sent the message. The apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There is even an (ancient) elevator that we used for our heavy luggage. Wonderful visit!"

"Our experience for a 1 night stay at Navona was actually better than expected. We booked it because of the location and reasonable price. We flew in for a cruise and wanted to spend a day in San Juan before departing on the cruise. The location is fabulous...right in the heart of Old San Juan in walking distance to everything we wanted to see as well as great F&B Options. The room was small and the bed was a double [not a queen], as we knew in advance. Our room was very quiet and clean. ...

"We made a reservation for 5 and it was very cramped for that number. The unit was lovely (except an oven would have been nice) and the pool was great! Our GPS put it one street over but the owner communicated promptly and all was good."

"Such a great stay for 2 nights! Location is in the heart of bars, restaurants and within walking distance to all the historical sights. The room is small but in a very cool open air building. Bathroom is not attached but is right across the room and used the same room key - which was no problem for us! The bathroom was very big! We loved our stay and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay if you'll be out and about exploring the majority of the day! "
