"Es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage. Je nachdem wer an der Reception arbeitete,wurde bei Problemen schnell oder gar nicht geholfen. Schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation,aber notfalls muss man einige Meter mehr laufen.Das Appartement enthält alles,was man braucht, allerdings wäre mal wieder eine Renovierung nötig,aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Super der Privatstrand und das gastronomische Angebot im Ort."

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"I felt at home. Very spacious apartments, clean and modern. I liked the wooden floors and tiled bathroom. Everything you need is there in the apartment, even a small kitchenette. We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive. "Chech in Zeiten stimmen nicht mit homepage überein, nach überschrittener Zeit ganz in einem anderen hotel, am anderen ortsende Fernsehsender auf deutsch, auf italienisch anderer satellit, keine anleitung dazu, nur knappe unbefriedigende beschreibung des besitzers Heizung nicht eingestellt, Spinnennetze an den Wänden, alte Brotkümmel unterm sofa, bettkissen hatte gelbe schweissränder"

"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "
