"This is a Hunter's cabin. Nothing real fancy. Bathroom is not in the same cottage, it's in another cottage across the driveway. The host is very nice. This cottage is in a very peaceful location. "

"In a nicely secluded neighborhood on the Lake. Very Clean, big deck on the house, updated interior. The lake view is the best. Right on the lake with big windows to see everything. Wonderful to wake up to. Heat was perfect for our stay in November. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Gwinn. "

"we stopped here on our way up from the lower peninsula to porcupine Mountain State Park. Nice little restful spot to chill out on the beach and enjoy the lake and sauna. At first we got lost but I blame that on us not having service and lack or knowledge about the area so have an idea beforehand of whereabouts where the property is. When we arrived there was a surplus of flies in the house as well as little to no kitchen utensils. Other than that it was a cute cabin that was nice for the nature aspect. "

"All the charm of a rustic site with the benefit of a hot shower and kitchen amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the river, reading in the hammock, and morning coffee in the screened in porch. We read the reviews ahead of time and were aware of what to expect. Had a deer or moose (too dark to discern which) visit the island very early one morning and enjoyed watching the beaver in the evening. Fantastic location for a day trip to Copper Harbor or the Porcupine Mountains "

"Dont be afraid of the name of this place! It is absolutely adorable and very comfortable. Stayed with my 2 sisters while visiting my daughter at NMU. Fall colors were at peak and absolutely AMAZING! House was very clean and comfortable. Lots of games and kids toyd. Highly recommended it and will be happy to go again!"

"The house was perfect for a large group of 14. Family enjoyed all the amenities. Having the Tesla charger was a plus. The game room was fun for all ages. This house has the best bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen, eating area and family room were excellent. A gift bag was even waiting for us upon arrival. Of course the UP speaks for its self. "
