"In general we were very happy with the time we spent in the IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark. I think for the money, it matched the expectations. We moved in an apartment. The room was clean and we had nearly everything to be able to cook food for the baby. Also they provided us with crib and children chair. The only thing we did not really like was the food. First 4 days it was fine. But afterwards everything was very salty or spicy. Probably they made it like this, so people order more drinks...

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "
