"Pictures don't do this place justice. Super well taken care of home in the middle of gods country. If you need a place to escape this is it. The home has any extras you might be missing. They have thought of everything. The house and beds are very comfortable. I wish every place I stayed was this nice. "Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Sweet Retreat. While it was cold and snowy outside we were able to relax in a spacious home and also partake of the hot tub. Large fenced backyard was great for the pup while in the summer it would combine great with the pool and outdoor amenities!"

You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. "I’m usually against VRBOs because staying at a hotel is fairly easy but with a new baby and a dog it’s hard to find a quiet hotel anywhere. This place was absolutely amazing. "This is a great house to rent if you are looking to ride the Spearhead Pocahontas trail or the Pocahontas Hatfield-McCoy trail. The Spearhead trail is right across the road and the Pocahontas HM connector is about a 10-15 min ride away on pavement. The home itself was very clean & roomy and had everything we needed. "Our stay at the River House was everything we hoped it would be for our Thanksgiving visit. It’s a tranquil setting along the river and plenty of amenities for the kids and adults. Sharon and Bob are consummate hosts. We hope to stay again on our return visit. "

"Our family stayed here for our sons wedding that was nearby. The house was very clean check in was super easy and communication was excellent. Handicap ramp was super for my dad in a wheelchair however this was the only handicap accommodation. Yes we would stay here again!"
