"We had good communication with Chai. She sent us info on trails, beaches and restaurants. We rented the cabin for one week but unfortunately we were called away to a family emergency so we stayed there only few hours. We were disappointed an attempt was not made by owner to refund the cost of cleaning. Here are some of the issues we had with the cabin: -Tiny bedrooms, the master has no closet and no dresser (only place to store clothes is on the chair next to the bed). -Awkward layout, two...

"Room furnishings were comfortable. Really liked the entire layout. Everything we needed was there. A little odd to check in at 4pm when the office closes at 4pm. But they were easy to contact during business hours and let us check in 30 minutes early. Overall, one of the more comfortable stays we have had in a while."

"We like this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. Breakfast is good and the complimentary DVD and popcorn is a great perk, which our daughter loves! The only drawbacks are that the hot tub is often maxed out with one large family or group (seriously…this is usually the case), and also the DVD players have been unusable on a few trips, where we needed to call the front desk to come fix it. This is a buzzkill, when you just want to relax after skiing and then there is a technical problem...

"Hotel is in good conditions and very kids friendly. Heated indoor pool is clean and excellent! Valet team is great but I wish self parking is available. Beware of the additional resort fee and valet fee."
