"The one employee that we saw was very helpful when we needed it. There is no one at the front desk and have to use an App to get in the hotel and room. There were no hand soap, no hand or face towels. No bath mats. The room was nice but loud but they do provide ear plugs if needed. The bar was only open once that we saw during our 2 night stay. The parking promo code was hard to navigate and I was charge full price and working on getting a refund. Hotel is in a decent area so that was good. Not...

"Beautiful place, and the decor was very inviting. Check in/ check out was easy and required no interaction outside of texts. As this building is old expect plenty of gaps in the doors and paper thin walls. I would definitely stay here again, however, I would likely avoid the hideaway on the first floor when staying here again. The room was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately this room opens out into the dining area which in the mornings can cause a lot of noise from other guests/owners...
