"Great hotel with lots of dining options and a great all inclusive package "

"Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport. Deserves every one of it's 4 stars."

"By far our favorite from this trip. Reception was so helpful and helped us get settled and checked in early. The included breakfast buffet was a huge bonus with lots of variety and fresh options. Overall the staff was excellent and we had a very comfortable and romantic stay! "

"The hotel itself was beautiful and worth everyone if it’s 5 stars but the staff really make the difference (and if I could give them 6 stars I would). Attentive, always happy and chatting with an approach that felt genuine and not because they were told to. One if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent both breakfast and the restaurants, plenty of options for sunbathing either with your own private pool, 3 other pools or free cabanas on the beach. Absolutely awesome "
