"1.CHEATED ABOUT THE MEALS HOURS SO I LOST MY BREAKFAST AND THE REMAINING FOOD THEY OFFERED ME WAS A THIRD CLASS HOTEL BREAKFAST .THEY APOLOGIZED BUT AN APOLOGY IS FOR FREE .....AND UNFORTUNATELY MY BOOK WAS NOT FREE 2.CHEATED ALSO WAS THE NAME OF THE HOTEL. I HAD A GREAT TIME AT SOLIMARE AQUAMARINE AT CHANIA TOO SO I EXPECTED SOMETHING LIKE THAT GREAT AND REAL TAXINOMY OF 5 STARS HOTEL .... MAKING A BOOK TO A SAME NAME HOTEL IS QUITE MISLEADED...AND I THINK YOU HAVE AS EXPEDIA TRAVEL SERVICES A...

"Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"

"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. "The room was exceptionally large, perfect for a couple and even better for myself as a lone traveller. My only gripe throughout the whole stay was the initial cleanliness of the room i.e. hair on the floor in the bathroom and on the wall in the shower cubicle so really, inexcusable.. which was baffling as the cleaners seemed to work relentlessly and cleaned daily. Perfectly situated with the beach on your back door so you forget about the lack of pool and within walking distance to a number of...
