"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "

"The apartment is a good size with nice furnishings and plenty of kitchen equipment. The complex is quiet with lovely gardens, a heated pool and a pool bar which closed after breakfast at 10.30 then reopened from 11.30 until 4pm. "Really nice hotel … we had a 2 bed premium room on the Serenity side which was adequately equipped and comfortable. Short 10/15 min walk to centre of town. Only negative was on check out there was no courtesy/shower room as we had an evening flight. Otherwise a great stay. "

"Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Good holiday, nice and relaxing. Hotel in the perfect location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Food and drink as expected in the All Inclusive structure. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel again because of the location. "

"The Staff were very friendly and helpful ..the area and pools were very nice if a little cold in february and especially the 50m pool which was warmer. Other beaches and restaurants were some walk away from hotel so we upgraded to all inclusive which i recommend especially as i have to follow a gluten free diet and restaurants and bars all had a gluten free corner."

But like i say thats me being picky.Also the bar prices are not inflated like a hotel.So again another positive. Over all 9.9 out of 10"
