VILLA KOUROS:
You arrive via the ground floor. Here there is a living room, with TV, triple sliding doors leading to the pool area. There is a modern kitchen/dining/living area, wireless internet and air conditioning. Also, there is a good sized shower room with a walk-in rain shower and a washing machine.

Stairs lead up to a double bedroom with a queen size bed, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, double glazed french doors with built in mosquito net, leading out to a balcony with fabulous views along the West coast of Naxos. A twin bedroom with 2 single beds that can be placed together to made a super king sized double, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, double glazed french doors with built in mosquito net, leading out to a balcony with more wonderful views over the Aegean sea towards Paros Island. Good sized shower room with a walk-in rain shower. Stairs lead up to a roof terrace with amazing views of Naxos Island.

From the entrance hall, stairs lead down to the lower ground floor (below ground level). Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €300.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.
