"Comfortable, quiet and pleasant staff"

"During our stay at VOCO Leicester, we were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly situated in the heart of the city center. The rooms are wonderful, very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, but the team were helpful and sorted out a resolve. "

"They were able to accommodate my request for an early check in at 9am which was much appreciated as I was coming in intentionally and was exhausted. Beautiful facility. Art deco theme. Restaurant was clean and had tasty continental breakfast. Every staff member I encountered was polite, efficient and approachable. "

"Hotel picked for location to attend an event just down the road. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, one even looking for where we were sat at breakfast to provide a picture of my daughters choice and crayons. There was a good seecyoon at breakfast and it was all cooked well and was tasty. Would stay again - my husband commented he would also as I didnt complain about anything!"

"The close proximity to the BP Plus Live was a huge bonus (as well as hotels free car park) though it was not a 5 minute walk as stated by staff - the entrance was more like 12 minutes. The noise of the train was annoying. On the plus side the evening meals were very good and reasonably priced. "
