"We booked and pre-paid for our rooms. Upon arrival, the receptionist was first not aware of our booking, but could then find the booking and payment confirmation e-mail from Expedia.com. However, they claimed that they hadn't received the money from Expedia, and thought it was *our* responsibility to make sure that Expedia pays the property, and they refused to check us in and show us our rooms.
