Rooms clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail,by the management will make the good.
Management forgot to send food from Gabs so staff had nothing to srve in restaurant. Staff need to be empowered to sort out basics like this. You will note by now,
that staff try but failure lies at the owners door.
Swimming is dry as water gets pumped for miles to the area. Make pool smaller and it might be feasible to fill.
The overall place needs maintenance and care as its a bit run down.
The whole resort appears to to be run down and derelict. The swimming pool is empty and the whole place unkept. The room was recently refurbished and clean.
We were cought out that the online booking said breakfast was included and then when we checkjed in the manager advised us that it was not and we had to pay an additional fee for the breakfast.
Wifi provided was good, the room ok, everything else Terrible
The
pool on thE premises was filled to a puddle ( rain water)
All in all : don't go there !!
There was no water at the hotel. Couldn’t brush our teeth, take shower, etc the day of our departure. We asked tje staff about this and it appeared to be a regular occurrence. The premises/rooms were nice; however, this really tainted our experience as we had been traveling for many days and couldn’t clean up prior to embarking on our next long road trip to Maun

Basic camp site
I camped - the grounds were a little unkempt, and one of the three amenities blocks was without hot water. The amenity blocks are extremely primitive with only a curtain to the outside world. The shower - while hot - was not all that efficient and there is no where to hang or place clothes.
The restaurant was good and wifi was available in the restaurant and lobby area
The "traditional chalet" should be considered in the Botswanan sense. A thatched roof plywood hut. However, clean and large. The mosquito nets are not for decoration. The chalets are far from the hotel, perhaps 300 meters from the pool, a long walk in hot loose sand. Mattresses were a bit lumpy.

Friendly welcome. During our 1day stay (03-2019) there were road construction work nearby. Also during the night. The stone-dust cloud was over the campsite. We guess, it will be a nice place, after roadwork completness
