Tangerine Sunsets Tuscany Poolhouse

This private guest house is a stand-alone studio apartment with direct view of the swimming pool. It is a large gated property with 2 other private buildings located on the west of the island near Cable Beach in the modern and quiet neighborhood of Skyline Drive.

The unit is fully furnished and equipped with all standard appliances and amenities including a full kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee and drinking water stations, along with free drinking water during your stay. All linen and towels are provided.

High speed internet access, and a smart TV with complimentary netflix service is also included. There is one free parking spot on premises.

The unit has a cozy bedroom and ensuite bath which is separate from the kitching and dining area. You can also take in the calm views of the swimming pool directly in front of the property, and of course dive in to enjoy the pool. Be sure to make use of the private lounge chairs in the exclusive patio space designated for this unit.

There is also a gas BBQ grill, perfect for your favorite holiday meals like sizzling steak, shrimps and veggies :)

Another great feature of this property is its proximity to your favorite places including beaches, restaurants, shopping plazas and grocery stores. You are literally 5 minutes away from all of the above by car. The multi-billion dollar Baha Mar resort is less than 10 minutes away and you can enjoy fine dining, golfing, shopping, the casino, sky bar and many other activities there.

**HOUSE RULES**
- Check-In (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.

- NO SMOKING inside - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking. No pets.

- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.

- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use property facilities.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the welcome guide.

- Quiet time: 9pm - 9am. Please be considerate of our neighbours and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.

Good and safety place
The host Mrs. Katrina was friendly and nice .She ensured that I was confortable and felt at home from the start until my last day stayed at Tangerine Sunset.The unit was very clean . The place is safety . It is a good area to spend time for vacation It's a quiet and peaceful. His housekeeper was very nice and respecful . good neighbourhoods . I strongly recommend to stay at Tangerine Sunset for vacation to anyone. r.indeed his housekeper Lio was nice also

Loved the rental. Perfect fit for two! Duran and his staff were easy to deal with and very accessible. Duran himself was always just a phone call away and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We arrived after dark and had failed to print out our entry code ( no keys to lose!!) Soon the caretaker (Leo?) showed up and gave us our code. We were really impressed with how clean the unit was. And, if you've ever visited an island you will appreciate the complimentary bottled water. Everything we needed was supplied, except our food! Pool was clean and inviting. There was a gas grill available but no tank and loungers for relaxing outdoors. Duran did a quality job furnishing his place for the comfort of his guest. One complaint...the enclosed google map is outdated, but Bahamians are by nature willing to offer help. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat!! Thanks Duran

Quick getaway
Excellent communication with staff. Handled all our flight delays professionally and everything we needed was ready. Handled all our transfers perfectly. Great neighborhood and close to good beaches. The unit is very compact (compared to American units) with everything we needed. Pool was beautiful. Very clean! Shower floor was curved, just beware if this may be a problem. We enjoyed this unit.
