Very nice property. Great location for the beach and pools. Much more quiet and relaxing on this side of the island - away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

Wonderful family vacation
Our family met at the property for a vacation. We had 7 adults and 4 children. The property is even better than the photos. The location across from the pool and beach is fabulous. It is about 20-30 mins from Nassau. We used taxis and one day rented a car right there at palm cay. Both were very easy. We loved our stay.

Amazing stay
This house did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable and very well maintained. I visited for 4 nights with 5 other girls and I can’t wait to return and bring my family (husband and 3 kids). The community is so peaceful, beautiful and so much fun. The amenities are wonderful. Friendly staff at the amenities.

Absolutely Perfect Home!!!
The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had far more room that we needed and was well furnished. The kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining and it is well stocked with nearly every tool that you could need. Location is great as it is only a few steps to the beach and the beach club. Palm Cay was great and not busy while we were there, so we had a lot of beach and pool time to ourselves. Mike was great at communication and provided us with a ton of great information that was super helpful. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing villa, amazing location and amazing host. Highly recommend.
We had the best time. Home is amazing, photos are amazing but actually seeing it even better, so so nice and huge. Walking distance to beach, pools, gym, tennis, restaurant and so much more. And easy car hire on site too to explore the rest of the island when you want to. Extremely generous host and on call and amazingly helpful and kind throughout.

Mikes property feels like you are at home with every amenity you can imagine. The home is very clean, comfortable and cozy and across the street from the beach! For those who do not want to cook, there are limited restaurant options which require a 20-30 minute drive into town. Cheryl’s taxi service was wonderful! Mike was a great host.

The most wonderful place we have ever visited! Helpful host, everything we needed in the house, amazing beach club with free access, clean beach and water, not crowded and perfect in every other ways. We did one boattrip from the docs by the house, half day to Rose Island- the best trip ever. This place is 10/10!

Amazing vacation
This is a wonderful home. We had 4 couples and it was perfect. The house has plenty of room for everyone. Beds are great, furniture comfy and the porch was perfect for our morning coffee. The host is a delight and responded promptly to our questions. We sat on the beach, by the pool and played pickleball each day as there courts in the neighborhood.

This place was a rare gem just steps away from the beach , Yhe pictures really doesn’t do it justice , the 3 story home is immaculate and beautiful . Our grown kids loved every bit of the ambiance . We traveled with a group of 7. There was so much room, the place was so beautiful and accommodating!! Taxi rides are super expensive if you want to go anywhere but it’s so quiet and nice there you won’t want to leave!!

We stayed for 10 days in total eight of us. two 16 year old's & two 19 year old's. More than enough space for us all. We absolutely loved the Villa. Mike was very attentive and our communication was flawless. Such a wonderful place to stay, we all highly recommend this place. We will definitely return. Thank you Mike.

Wow!
Mike’s place is truly amazing. We traveled with a party of 10. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out in this sprawling villa. Very clean, everything in the kitchen you need, there is a microwave (I noticed that in a previous review)! The pool table was an amazing family that our entire family enjoyed using during down time. Can’t say enough great things about Mike, the host. He is very accommodating. We will be back!

Spring Break
Overall we had a great trip! Mike was very responsive and the unit we stayed in was very nice and had almost everything we needed (there was no microwave, which overall was not a big deal). The restaurant on the property was just ok. The service was very slow and sometimes unreliable at both the restaurant and pool. So we ended up hiring Chef Shannon (recommended by the host) and were very happy with that decision as we stretched the meal into lunch and dinner the next day. We definitely enjoyed staying at a quieter resort rather than a big hotel such as the Atlantis.

Great Stay! Highly Recommend!
Our stay at Mike’s place was great! His home is gorgeous and had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed the pool and private beach area for club members courtesy of Mike. What a stunning view! We were in town for a tournament at Atlantis so we did spend quite a bit taking taxis everyday. I’d highly recommend Cheryl’s taxi (recommended by Mike). I didn’t notice the number of TVs mentioned in the listing, but we honestly rarely watched tv or ended up having movie night as a family which was great! I’d have to say the best part of our stay was how responsive Mike was. We were treated with some treats and supplies which were a very thoughtful touch! I had so many questions before we arrived and Mike got back to me extremely quickly and was very accommodating! Hands down the best host we’ve had!

Quaint, quiet, relaxing and rewarding!
This beautiful property was the perfect size for our family of 10 adults and two children ages 8 months and 2 years old. From the master suite, to the balconies and large kitchen for dinning and entertainment it accommodated our family perfectly. The home is up to date and the area has many cool amenities for all to enjoy. The restaurant was fabulous, we never had a bad meal. The beach was quiet and the drinks were yummy. Mike was great and visited our family upon arrival and was available for any requests or concerns. The espresso maker was the BOMB and easy to use. I thought one TV might make a few go crazy BUT it really brought us together for many table games and conversations. Its a wonderful property. Of course on the beach would have been the only change to the entire property, so that's an easy and firm 4.5 STAR rating from our family.

What an absolutely stunning place to call home for a week. With a family of 9 adults we needed a spacious house that allowed for cooking and sharing large family meals and gathering for games and together time while still providing needed privacy for married adults. It met our needs perfectly. It was clean and well taken care of. I would suggest brining your own Beach Towels unless you want to pay the extra fee for the membership at Palm Cay Beach Club, which was about 45 US dollars a person for the week. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment we needed, though we would have loved a microwave. Mike was great to respond to our needs and quick to help out with what ever we needed. What a great week in Nassau.

Amazing Place - Details on Area, FYI
This house is probably the nicest VRBO I have rented in my life, the owners thought of everything and the Marina where it sits, has a lot of things for adults to do and for kids as well. The house has everything, three floors. First floor has an amazing kitchen, dining room and an office as well as a nice living room. 2nd floor has three bedrooms all with their own bathroom, two queen bed rooms, and a large king bed room. 3rd floor has a nice bar/pool table room, as well as two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The marina has a gym, pool, restaurant, spa, as well as amazing staff! Your about a $80 ride on a taxi to downtown or paradise beach, so plan for that when you visit. There is a grocery store about 1 mile walk from the hotel with everything you will need if you want to eat on site, vs. going out to eat. Security was very high at the Palm Cay Marina, very safe area to be. We loved this location, the house, and the owners are amazing, very easy to communicate with! Would recommend this place to anyone that asked!

Amazing stay with minor negatives!
What a beautiful home! The pictures of the house and descriptions were spot on. The privacy of the beach and pool was perfect. The owner was very responsive to any questions and all needs leading up to the trip and during. Did not use pool, fitness center, restaurant, etc. associated with Palm Cay as they wanted $77 per person for the week + price of drinks (~$15) and food (~$30-40). Frankly, those areas were never busy, probably due to that big resort fee. We did use the marina as a pick up place for our day of island hopping with Capt Jason from Island Time Adventures (definitely recommend). An additional $50 for pick up but totally worth it to walk out the door and across parking lot to marina for day a of adventures. There were a few things missing or a little off such as missing knives in kitchen, a small leak in recessed light in a secondary bedroom due to horrible storms one night and lack of wash cloths. The house is very modern which was great for our family but some things may pose a challenge for small children or older adults (example: glass wall but no hand rails on the stairs, cabinets/fridge and freezer do not have handles and must be pushed in to open, etc.) Other than those small things, the stay was perfect. The neighborhood is a 20-30 min drive from all the classic tourist attractions so it’s a nice getaway from all the commotion. If you want to get to those places, I would recommend renting a car or planning out taxi trips ahead of time.

Want to buy the place!
My husband and four adult children to a vacation and staying in Michaels house made the time amazing. It is not in the over crowded part of the island so we were truly able to enjoy the amazing water, had a restaurant to eat great food just a walk away with a marina to have our boat excursion pick us up! It was so easy and beautiful. A small store was on property for any forgotten items and we could walk the beach, marina or neighborhood to enjoy the Bahamas in the best way ever. The home was immaculate. All incredible furniture, fabulous sheet and towels, every appliance you could want and plenty of space for us to spread out. It is NOT on the beach, but we could see it and the pool is literally accross the street where I read my book on wonderful lounge chairs staring at the waves rolling in. I loved not being in the hustle of the very busy island, it felt like HOME! The HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK WAS CAPTAIN JASON WHEELER OF ISLAND TIME BAHAMAS! He took us out for the day spear fishing, snorkeling (in four locations) touring and showed us the island like we would have never been able to on our own. He and his son were kind and catered to us all day, anything we wanted to do! Schedule in advance and he can pick you up at the marina. The day costs less than the marina prices... The kids speared two giant lobsters we ate for dinner! Thank you for all the tips as well, Michael. We had the alcohol delivered in 10 minutes and the grocery was only a few minutes away just as you said. We would love to buy into the neighborhood!!!

Amazing property
Rhe house was very well located. It was perfectly clean and bigger than expected. The host was answering very fast to every questions. The beach is beautiful. The stay was perfect!
