Great property. Fantastic host and communication.
Location is great. Walking distance to paradise island beaches (40 min) and stores (5 to 10 min). Host is communicating very well and solves any problem that may arise. Recommended.

Look further, don’t stay
First of all: Communication with the host was terrible - no answers for 18-24h, even when we asked simple questions like „what is the wifi password“ or when we were without water (almost every morning/evening). This made the overall experience terrible. Our top terrible 5:- The listing says the apartment is for 5 people, but you have only 2 double beds and no sleeper couch. So 3 people have to sleep in one double bed.- Listing said „Washer“ but there was no washer at the location.- I asked if there was a parking spot and the host replied it’s „secured parking“ - well, it is not secured. You have a gate but no lock and the neighbors leave it open all the time.- One of the worst things is the neighbors dog who barks 2-3h every night next to the bedroom window.- Barely enough dishes (eg. only 2 breakfast bowls), no dish soap, no check-in/check-out instructions, no salt/pepper but a cockroach every day.We know the apartment is new on the market and some things might (hopefully) get better. But why list it when it’s not ready yet?I would strongly reconsider before booking this apartment.
