"The room was small but very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. The host went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Great stay!"

"We stay here often when going to concerts at BCMC and just walk to venue. Very convenient and great value. Old hotel so kind of run down but still worth it."

"Guest house property is attached to main house but separated by fence in the back. Nice firepit area and back deck. House is very clean and nice. We didn't use the gas fireplace, but that would be nice when it's cold out. Host even left us snacks - very nice touch. It's a little drive from Nashville / Brown County State Park, but that is nice to be away from the crowds."

"I stayed by myself for a few days to relax in a country setting and hike while the leaves were beautiful. Catalpa Tree house was just what I wanted nice hosts, clean, hot water, comphy bed, warm and inviting. The hot tub was clean and the jets Worked well. I enjoyed sitting in it while watching birds and squirrels around me Quiet except for noise for a short while one morning from the lumber co next door. I also heard a group of coyotes howling one night which I just loved!"
