"Overall, this is a nice facility with excellent customer service. Nice breakfast and coffee options and helpful front desk. However, the hotel is WORN. Baseboards are pulled away from walls or crudely attached, lots of marks on paint from use, shower door did not fully close. The condition was extremely disappointing, but the staff made up for it!"

"It was motel 6, you get what you pay for. Location is really neat, as you are literally on state lines, we stayed in Arkansas and had dinner across the road in Texas. All advertised amenities were available, we didn’t think to ask the office, but the coffee from the shell next door is not good… we would consider this location passing through again!"

"Everything was perfect for us! Fenced yard for the dogs, room and bed for each person, quiet neighborhood, everything we needed to feel right at home! The only issue we had was with the TV in the master bedroom and the host helped us with that via text. We visited family and decided if/when we go back we’re hoping this place will be available!"
