"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!!
We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Nice smaller hotel. Access to room a little complicated. Pleasant room and bath. Quiet and well located. Nice breakfast. Parking a little challenged."
