お風呂に入るところのドアが重いように思う。 先に出た人がドア開けっ放しで寒かった。 それか二重扉にしてもいいと思う。 自動販売機の前の冷水機が勢いよく出過ぎて使いづらかった。

大塚国際美術館アクセスには一番いいです！ 徒歩3分と、あと渦潮のお土産屋さんも歩いて行ける範囲です。 車で行くと道の駅っぽいのにお金とられます。 鳴門海月別邸 鯛丸海月ですが。 部屋はとても綺麗ですリフォームされていて。　 夜ご飯は最寄りの鳴門グランドホテル海月にてバイキングなのですが… 料理はダメでした。 海沿いのホテルだから期待したのが間違いでした。 刺身も寿司も新鮮ではなくコリコリしません。 朝食も仕出し屋が持ってきたおかずとご飯とパンが、セミバイキングで… 鳴門海月別邸 鯛丸海月は天然温泉ではないので、グループ旅館のベイリゾートホテル鳴門海月にて入る事ができます。 こちらはシャワーもめちゃくちゃいいやつで、ウェルカムドリンク等もあります。 ただ温泉は鳴門大橋から丸見えです笑 帰りにみたら丸見えでした

Very comfortable hotel-ryokan with very good kaiseki food. Since the venue is not new, there were outdated room setup and condition, but the service and comfort very well compensated the shortcomings.

ベット上のライトがかなり細かくチラツキ点灯させてておくと気持ちが悪かった。部屋の風呂やトイレは、リフォームされて使い勝手は良かったが、ところどころ元は古い設備だったのを感じさせる。

わかりやすい所にあって従業員の方も優しく接してもらい良かったです。お風呂場はロッカーは他のお客が壊したのかとても無惨な状況でした。そういうとこの警備が必要とおもいます。

とても静かな場所にあり、施設も大き過ぎないのでのんびりと過ごせた。スタッフの方も皆さんフレンドリーで対応が素晴らしかった。 レストランでもう少し飲みたかったので、コースメニューの他、ちょっとしたおつまみなど頼めるとさらによかったなーと思ったが、コース料理もボリュームたっぷりだったので、お腹いっぱいで食べられなかったかもしれない。

大塚国際美術館に行くならベストのロケーション（徒歩数分）。高速バスは休館日（月曜）美術館前に止まらないので、鳴門公園口から歩きました。バスを利用する人は気を付けたほうがいいと思います。グーグルマップに表示されないショートカットルートがありますが、健脚の方以外お勧めしません。 部屋は広くてきれい。海に面した部屋なら更に眺めよいのでしょう。 受付のおねえさんにはいろいろ助けてもらいました。おかげで気持ちよく宿を後にすることができました。機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。
