"This property is located within a medieval village and is over 1300 years old. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to live as a King - this is your chance! The room we stayed in is home to the oldest Fresco in Civita di Bagnoregio. The rooms are filled with antiques and amazing art. Our room had everything from bathrobes to teas and snacks. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The host is very helpful and friendly. Some problems with the equipment were resolved very quickly. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill.
