"Alyssia was kind and helpful. The room was small but comfortable, warm, and lovely. No elevator would have been a problem for me but they managed a room on the ground floor. Area is remote but attractive with a delighful restaurant nearby. "

"This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for. "

We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. "Positive : Room was big and bathrooms are good . House keeping was done everyday . Negative : Swimming pool water was clean but surrounded by so many bugs and lizards . It was not convenient to swim in it . Breakfast was not very fresh . We were also asked to pay for swim towels which was very odd. Room carpet was not clean . "
