Emerald Villa Narbonne plage

Delightful house only 200m from the beach.
Beautiful 3 bed semi detached summer house in the quaint seaside town of Narbonne Plage. The house sleeps 5 people comfortably. It is fitted with all mod cons which include oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and TV. Only 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne airport. This area boasts some of the finest vineyards in the South of France. A beautiful beach stretching for miles, is only 5 minutes walk from your door step. The beach is spotless and is safe for young families. The beach has lifeguard supervision all through the summer months. There are a lot of beach activities from sailing to canoeing, windsurfing, kite surfing etc. Other activities such as cycle hire, fishing, go-carting, horse riding and quads are also available.

For the younger families, there is a small water park within 5 minutes drive of the house. For the older teenagers, the nearest water park is in Agde, approximately one hours drive or there is a carnival in nearby Gruissan which is open during the summer months.

Narbonne Plage is nestled in between to larger towns called Saint Pierre La Mer and Gruissan. These towns are within cycling and walking distance and have some very nice seafood restaurants. There is an abundance of different restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. Gruissan has an extensive marina and provides boat trips on a daily basis.

Shops, chemist, post office and bank are within walking distance. Markets are common place and take place in Saint Pierre La Mer most mornings from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. In Narbonne Town, there is a covered market – Les Halles, every morning including Sunday. There is also a market on Thursday morning opposite the Hospital in Narbonne and on Saturday morning there is an organic market in Place Forum. At these markets you will be treated to local produce such as cheeses, wines, fruits, vegetables and dried meats. There is also an abundance of clothes, handbags, shoes etc for you to purchase.

The region is well served with many airports within a 2 hour drive, Carcassone airport is a 45 min drive, Bezier airport is a 20 min drive, Perpingnan is a 40 min drive. Toulouse 2 hour drive and Girona (Spain) 2 hour drive.

Ein Punkt Abzug wegen gedrosseltem WLAN
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Emerald. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass der Service durch die Agentur Fütterer unverändert Spitze ist. Das Objekt wird sauber übergeben, die Kommunikation ist auch deutschsprachig und man erhält ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk bei der Ankunft. Die Lage ist in Strandnähe und man kann bequem zu den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten laufen. Die Raumaufteilung ist okay, es gibt nur eine Toilette im Obergeschoss. Auch die Betten sind bequem aber nicht durchgelegen. Der kleine Garten ist schön angelegt. Einen weiteren Vorteil bringt die Garage, so könnten wir unsere Fahrräder dort unterbringen. Leider ist das WLAN gedrosselt, so dass es zwar schön ist, dass der Fernseher über einen Streaming Dienst verfügt, man diesen aber nicht nutzen kann, wenn man das Limit überschreitet. Abgeblättertes Furnier zeigt zudem, dass die Küche in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im großen und ganzen ist das Haus zu empfehlen, jedoch ist der Preis mittlerweile an der höchsten Bemessungsgrenze. dAeineeeWillkommensgeschenk.

Super Haus, super Lage!
Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man aus unserer Sicht benötigt. Die Lage ist super: nicht zu nah am Strand, damit man abends auch seine Ruhe hat, aber nah genug um auch mal bei großer Hitze eine schnelle Abkühlung im Meer zu nehmen. Man kann sofort mit dem Urlaub beginnen, weil alles vorhanden ist. Seife, Klopapier, Grillkohle, Anzünder usw. Wir haben unsere Reste (bis auf Lebensmittel, die will ja in der Regel doch keiner vom Vorgänger haben) auch da gelassen. Für die Nachfolgenden sollte auch ein Strandschirm vorhanden sein, den haben wir nämlich dem Haus spendiert. Wir hoffen, alles in einem Zustand hinterlassen zu haben, der es uns ermöglicht, nochmals wieder zu kommen! Schön war's!!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist fußläufig wunderbar gelegen zu den örtlichen Geschäften und Restaurants, sowie zum Strand. Die Region selbst ist perfekt geeignet für eine Mischung aus Strandurlaub und Ausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub in einem schönen Haus
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte von Anfang bis zum Ende reibungslos. Vielen Dank auch für die Tipps mit den Flamingos und den Link für die Hundestrände in der Umgebung. Super unkompliziert war das Check In und Check Out durch die Agentur Fütterer. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die Lage topt alles! Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig in einer schönen Siedlung. Es lohnt sich, das Fahrrad mitzubringen oder Räder auszuleihen, die Radwege am Meer sind unendlich lang, man kann an viele Etangs und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe fahren. Unser Tipp zum Abendessen ist die Frida, ca. 100 Meter entfernt in einem Kiefernwäldchen. Auch lohnt sich ein Abstecher nach Narbonne selbst oder an den Hafen von Gruissan. Für Hundeliebhaber gibt es unweit am Plage Natural einen großen, flach abfallenden Hundestrand. Das Preis -Leistungsverhaltnis stimmt hier, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus, Top Lage
Wir waren die ersten, die dieses Jahr das Ferienhaus bewohnten. Leider hat die Grundreinigung nicht so geklappt, wie sich alle dies wünschten. Vor allem das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Doch die Agentur Fütterer, dort erhält man den Schlüssel, hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Bilder sind schon etwas älter und einige Dinge nicht mehr da bzw. wurden ausgetauscht. Einige Möbel sind schon Älter und weißen, deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Im Herbst soll einiges ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist Top, keine 5 Geh-Minuten zum Strand und den Geschäften/Restaurants. Die Küchenausstattung ist Top und es fehlt nichts. Die Zimmer schlicht, doch funktional eingerichtet. Das Ehebett ist nur 160 cm breit, wie in Frankreich üblich. Ein schöne Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Wären die Kleinigkeiten vom Beginn der Rezession gewesen würden wir 5 Sterne geben. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend sind wird dieses Haus unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein. Die Agentur Fütterer betreut vor Ort das Haus, wir wurden super betreut. Haben immer einen Ansprechpartner gehabt, auch wenn es nicht ums Haus ging, sondern bei anderen Problemen.

Entspannte und schöne Ferien
Hübsches Haus an guter Lage, nahe zum Zentrum und kurzer Fussweg zum Meer. Wir haben die Ferien in dem Haus sehr genossen, haben auch sehr gut geschlafen. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, auch den Garten haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben:) Optimierung: In den kleineren Zimmern hat es nichts um Kleider auf zu hängen, zum Beispiel Haken hinter der Türe wären hilfreich :)

Hübsches Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften ist optimal. Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben auch den Garten sehr geschätzt. Wir würden jederzeit unsere Ferien wieder dort verbringen. Optimierung: Haken, z.B. hinter den Türen um Duschtücher und Kleider aufzuhängen wären sehr nützlich.

Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Wir haben wundervolle Tage in Narbonne-Plage gehabt, dazu trug natürlich auch die Emerald Villa bei. Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig bemessen und hat eine gute Lage. Man kann alles in ein paar Gehminuten erreichen (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc). Ebenso ist die Betreuung vor Ort perfekt. Alles lief sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Von unserer Seite her volle 5Sterne.

Nur zu empfehlen!
Es war zwar die Tür vom Kinderzimmer defekt und der in der Beschreibung erwähnte Fön hat gefehlt, aber das sind dann auch wirklich die einzigen Punkte die uns gestört haben. Das Haus ist toll, die Lage super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder! Etwas heftig sind die Kosten für die Endreinigung. 85€ fanden wir etwas zu hoch.
