"What a great place to stay! The description of La Casa Roja is bang on! What a great place! Did I mention that already? 4 of us stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. The open air concept was incredible. To be able to sit and watch Howler, White Face and Titi monkeys come through the backyard jungle along with Macaws, Agoutis and the resident Sloth was amazing! The owner, concierge and housekeeper were all great people and made our stay perfect! We highly recommend staying here! "

"Spent three nights in Manuel Antonio with our three boys (all under 9). Spacious home with amazing views of both mountains and the Pacific. Neighboring Macaws were fun to watch over morning coffee. Close to everything you need. Host was great with communication and with recommending and organizing excursions, as well!"

"We (4 adults in our 60s) loved our stay at this very secluded and architecturally elegant place with a huge view across the jungle to the sea. Pool was a perfect temperature and delightful, and separate bedroom wings provide extra privacy. Birding from the private bedroom baconies was fantastic (toucans, tanagers, etc.) Road leading to the house was implausibly rutted and steep but just barely manageable. Overall, a total delight to stay here."

"The property was very nice and in a great part of the country. We especially enjoyed seeing the monkeys, various birds and iguanas in the trees and deck each day. We walked into town each day, shopping and experiences the restaurants. Quepos was nice as well other tourist attractions in the area. Marie was helpful, arranging tours and giving recommendations. The property did need some maintenance, for example, the master shower head needs replacing, and the pool area needed some painting...

"We had an incredible holiday at Paul’s Villa. The views are magical, the wildlife is on your doorstep, and the villa is well-equipped and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this property. The town of Dominical is a short car ride (or walk on the beach) and has 2 great supermarkets, a pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. Everything you need. It’s the nicest town along this stretch of the Pacific. Much nicer than Quepos, Jaco or Uvita. We look forward to coming back. Paul and Alejandro were...

" Very clean beautiful view and a neat set up for two. The parking was crazy but awesome stay also helpful with guide tour at Manuel Antonio park Josue was great. Most beautiful country I have ever seen."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The listing pictures however did not accurately depict what was or was not in the house. For example there were no televisions in the house and the dining room furniture was not as depicted and needed to be updated. For example, the chairs did not match the height of the table and were uncomfortable. The pool was fabulous but the furniture around the pool was not very comfortable. Fernando and Maria were very responsive whenever we needed anything."

"6 of us stayed in the house for a week to celebrate the wedding of one of our children. The hosts were wonderful and answered questions quickly. They also were informative about things to see in the area. We would highly recommend this villa and we hope to return."

"Five of us stayed for five nights. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home owner supplied us with detailed instructions to get to the house and the property manager was quick to answer all of our questions.It really is a nice secluded property but close to everything we needed. Would stay again. Also, we awoke every morning to the sound of toucans in the trees."
