Summary:
Walk or bike only 1 mile to Vanderbilt beach. New construction, new furniture, bright and open floor plan, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Can potentially sleep 9 if the 4th bedroom is used. The 4th bedroom is a den with a twin trundle daybed (sleeps an additional 2). The bunk bedroom consists of a double (bottom) and a twin (top). Large master suite with a King bed, fireplace, a large bathroom featuring a free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Heated pool for $20 per night. Drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Bikes, beach chairs, toys and umbrella in the garage.

The bride to be and some family stayed at the home for the destination wedding. The home is beautiful, clean and close to everything. Had a small issue and host responded quickly. Will definitely be back.

Loved the house and the location, definitely enough room for our family! The only issue was the communication with the rental company, took a lot longer than it should have to get responses to questions. Other than that, very positive experience!!

The Angel House was absolutely beautiful. Very tranquil ambiance, so nicely decorated. And all the details were covered - from a fully stocked kitchen for gadgets, cleaning supplies, bath towels, beach accessories, right down to the bike locks. The home owner thought of everything. .

Lovely home in fantastic location
Great home for two families. Screened in lanai ideal for the pool area. Well-stocked kitchen. Pool toys, beach chairs, sand toys in the garage. Family games and step stools for littles in the bathrooms. Paid to have the pool heated, however it was still on the cooler side. Outdoor bathroom and a shower perfect for when using the pool.

The rental was gorgeous! Very nice spot and close to a lot of beaches and touristy spots! Would definitely go back! Did have issues with not having dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper that was promised and had to go out and purchase our own. We had the full capacity and what was left/provided was not enough for our group. There was also not basic things like garbage bags. We were told to bring food, toiletries and drinks.

Great vacation! The house is mostly clean, well equipped but most all, very well located. Just 2 mins driving to Vanderbilt beach and shopping and dining easily accesible. We had a medical situation after midnight and arrived at the hospital in 7 mins. Some utensils in the kitchen were not spotless clean, probably had been put in the dishwasher without being rinsed before. The major setback we had is the day we arrived someone had parked his truck in the driveway so we could not park. We didn’t know whose car it was and tried to reach the company and they answered an hour and a half later!!!. Thankfully the truck had a phone number and we called. The owner was the next door neighbor. He came and removed it. All of that was before the company answered back via text. Same thing every time I tried to reach them by mail. I even had to contact Expedia to give me more information Overall, I would say that house is great but the company that runs it maybe needs to pay attention to his cleaning and communication team.

Lovely stay. Perfect start to the summer.
The house is gorgeous. It was clean, spacious, stocked up with all of the necessities (cups, plates, pots, silverware, basic seasonings, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). No personal hygiene stuff, so do pack your own. The kids loved the pool, we paid extra for the heater- totally worth it. Overall 5 stars and will book again in the future. Thank you Oceanside Rentals!

Nice Vanderbilt Visit
Really nice home that is a few minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach and fit the bill for our grandchildren to enjoy the beach in the morning and the private and nice pool in the afternoons. We appreciated the beach towels, sand toys, small cooler and more. We curbside picked up Publix groceries the day of our arrival, it would have been nice to have known we needed to pick up shampoo (suggest a fuller list of what is provided as we also had to purchase additional dishwasher and laundry products). Baleen was awesome dinner at LaPlaya. Would recommend this home! Lastly, the Wifi and TV's all worked great and nice to stay at a new(er) home in Naples Park.

Summer 2022 Vacation
House was perfect. Tough to leave. We love Naples and vacation in this area every year and this was the best house yet. Only feedback I would give would be either a cooler with beach wheels or a daddy wagon to cart stuff to the beach. Thanks for the great week!

This house is lovely. Looks just like pictures. The pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice. The house is very equipped. Oceanside rentals very attentive when we called, bike tire flat, needed replaced. Wish it was a little closer to the beach, walkable , but hard with kids. Linens could be replaced, sheets a little worn.Bathtub shower curtain should be replaced. Overall , excellent house , will come back

The house is beautiful. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Has everything you could possibly need. Love the location near the beach and Whole Foods. Great neighborhood to walk around for exercise. Would stay there again. Going back to Naples in March and was disappointed Angel House wasn’t available. Highly recommend.

Son’s birthday getaway
The positive first..The home is beautiful and to my taste. I visit North Naples / Vanderbilt Beach area about 3-4 times a year and always stay at upgraded properties as I don’t like dark or old fashioned esthetics. It was just my two kids (ages 11 &14) and myself. I believe the home sleeps 9 so there was plenty of extra room. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could imagine and more. That said.. the pool and back area is my big complaint and drawback that kept us from enjoying out 5 night stay. I arrived on Sunday at 6 pm and was taken back by how small the pool was.. looks much larger in the pictures. (It was only three of us. I can’t imagine accommodating a larger group). Upon arrival, I turned on the pool heater as per the instructions I was given.. or so I thought. The next morning my kids went to use the pool and it was full of bugs and very cold. I called the number for Oceanside and spoke to Chris. He came out in less than an hour. Stated that the flo was off and he had turned it on along with the heater. Also stating that it was a good thing I called him as it’s difficult to operate the system’s touch pad. Well, my kids spent the day cleaning the pool themselves with the pool net to be able to use it. The following day (Tuesday), again the flo was turned off, ice cold and full of bugs. I called Chris but he didn’t answer. I left him a voicemail but never received a call back. Wednesday came around and I called Chris again. This time he picked up and gave me instructions over the phone on how to turn on the flo and said that also warms up the pool. It didn’t. By this time I had given up as I began to find hair in the pool. Basically, there is no working system to clean or warm up the pool. It was useless and placed a damper on my son’s birthday getaway. The back area needs quite a bit of TLC. The pool floor is yellowing and concrete that surrounds it needs pressure cleaning. I’m not sure why a screened in pool and back areas has so much bugs and mosquitoes. If you look closely much of the screen has webs on the inside.. especially the corner where the white outdoor furniture is located. It’s such a shame that the pool area is so poorly maintained as the home is very nice otherwise.

Great Family Vacation
We had a slight issue with the transition from previous renters and our family, but I contacted the management company and they addressed it. After that small issue my family and I had a fabulous vacation! The home is beautiful! We enjoyed the entire property. It’s just as it says on the listing. We really enjoyed the private pool.
