The hotel was very nice. A bit dated, but everything was clean so it wasn't a problem. The best part was the breakfast, which is on the roof with an amazing view of Naples bay and Mt. Vesuvius, and the server Pasquale was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Property was nice and staff was friendly and helpful! However it is on a very loud street and there is a lot of night activity. The second night we figured out to lower the blinds and it was much quieter but ac unit is loud and rattled. I can’t emphasize enough, how helpful and friendly the staff was while we were there.

Excellent position, right on the seafront; easy walk to lots of restaurants. Beautiful view from our room of Vesuvius. The staff were very friendly and the rooms, with their antiques, were exquisite. We would definitely stay there again when next in Naples.

Fantastic location right on the sea front with views of Vesuvius and Capri. Service was excellent and nothing too much. Lovely coming back to the hotel to fresh orange juice and water. Breakfast on the roof terrace was incredible everyday with a good mix of foods. 15 mins from the ferry ports and an easy walk into the city. Definitely recommend this as a base for those looking to visit Naples and surrounding attractions.

All the staff where especially helpful and friendly great location the hotel had an old world charm the roof top terrace used for breakfast was wonderful what a view would definitely recommend and hopefully stay again ourselves 😀

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond with great service but also very friendly and helpful. The room was really comfy and I slept like a baby. The hotel has fantastic charm. The breakfast was also really great, you felt you wanted to try it all. I’ll be back!

May, 2018: Location-Amazing! Hotel faces Bay of Naples with view of Mount Vesuvius and Isle of Capri-if the weather co-operates. Elegant breakfast with silver service and helpful breakfast staff. Did find the desk staff a little condescending. No laundry facilities, but large sink and retractable clothesline in bathroom. An older hotel which is being remodeled. Common areas updated nicely, but rooms yet to be updated. In clear weather, breakfast is served on the roof which offers amazing sea and mountain views. Felt the room price exceeded the room accommodations and overall feel from the desk staff.

Would definitely stay here again. You can't beat the location, helpful staff. Hotel has lots of character. Beautiful view of the sea and you are right in the middle of alot of action.

Watch the sunrise over Mt. Vesuvius at breakfast
This is a lovely hotel located on the bay of Naples. The service is impeccable, and the rooms very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, and the china service changes daily. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the Old City from the hotel, and there are several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The area on the bay is a pedestrian area, so you can take a leisurely stroll, and there is a park nearby as well. It was a lovely stay.
