"This property is perfectly located for all hiking and waterfall access. Close to the smokey mountains for exploration and about 15/20 min from a grocery store. Being directly in the river makes all the difference. Having 3 master suites is more than what our family needed but perfect for group travel. Paved roads leading in and level ground that makes the yard safe for kids and pets. The owner was awesome and provided great communication. I'm looking forward to hearing back in the summer! ...

"We had the most wonderful time!! Besides being able to fish right from the yard, the property is amazing! It’s large with a fire pit right on the river, has a nature path immediately adjacent, and is big enough for all kinds of fun and games!
