"We come to Andrews every summer and stay at VRBO’s. This is our new favorite place to stay. The house is easy to drive up to. It is close to town. It is very clean and appears to be recently renovated. The 3 zone air conditioning allowed our party of 7 to comfortably sleep in their preferred temperature. The owner/manager was quick to respond to questions before our arrival. Keyless entry made it very easy for our party’s separate coming and going. Will look to stay here again next year!"

"Our stay was relaxing and restful . We have had a lot happen lately in our family and needed a little R&R, which is exactly what we got. The best part was sitting on the porch watching my grandson fish. The house was clean and beautiful. Best part it was right on the river. Close enough to town to get whatever was needed."

"We got to Franklin a little earlier than expected and contacted the property manager and they let us check in a little early. The property was just as described if not better!! The decor was exceptional! The view from the porch was amazing!!! Sunsets were stunning! The accessability for a wheelchair user was awesome! They were able to manuever around the house, bathroom was great and porch access was so nice. We loved the sound of the stream from the porch. We will want to stay here again! Loved...
