This top-floor (4th) one bedroom unit and large ensuite (soaker tub), fully-equipped kitchen, private deck and conveniently located right on Craig Bay - ocean front property. Seasonal water sports available, private Pickleball courts, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub! Perfect for a couples getaway, family gathering to just reconnect with nature and recharge!!! The many trails along the ocean will keep the family busy and satisfied as your explore the property.

This unit is equipped with everything you will need on your vacation and more! Sleeps three adults comfortably - if you need more room, check out the adjoining studio suite - listing number 2895725 - that is the combo of A Unit & B Unit.

There is an on-site restaurant called Pacific Moon Rising Bar & Grill - Westcoast fusion - 250-468-0474 - check for a happy hour and other specials. And a full-service spa called Aqua Terra Spa & Salon - 250-468-0474. These are both located in the main building to the right as your drive in. Same building as the pool, hot tub and gym.

Condo was just what we needed for our stay. Fully stocked with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful extras. Gorgeous view of the estuary with some lovely sunsets. Would definitely stay again!

The host made check-in super easy and everything was as described. The condo was really nice, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Even the sofa bed was comfortable! The location is excellent; it's right on the beach with a pool, hot tubs, and lots of other amenities. Definitely planning to stay here again.

Winter Vacation near Parksville BC
My husband and I had a lovely two-week stay in Kim's condo. The pictures of the unit were accurate. It's a bright, light 4th floor unit with a wonderful view, a resident crane, easy parking, a king bed, and an elevator. It has all the comforts of home. Kim is organized, and the condo has everything to make your stay both comfortable and convenient. The grounds of the complex are well tended with a waterfront trail and viewing decks with comfy chairs. The facilities on the property include a fitness room, pool, hot tub, and a great restaurant- Pacific Moon. It has a great view, a pleasant Happy Hour crowd, and prime-rib dinners on Saturday night with live music. The condo is convenient to Parksville, several beaches, and local provincial parks with beachfront trails and promenades. All said, it is a great place to vacation even in February.

Tranquil stay
Beautiful condo in a very quiet setting. Many trails and areas to wander & explore. We used this as our home base to explore Vancouver Island up & down the east coast. The condo is part of a resort with lots of amenities such as pool/hot tub, sauna, pickle ball courts & so on. We didn’t have the time to use all of these but they were all available & certainly not over crowded during our stay. Our hosts were great with easy communication. We reccomend this property whole heartedly. Thank you Kim & Shawna.
