"C’est dommage, sur un séjour de 40 jours en Thaïlande, c’est le seul hôtel où les employés semblent tellement désabusés… on ne réussit pas à avoir un sourire… voir même ils nous ignorent quand on les salut. Le resto déjeuner, délicieux, vue magnifiques mais ambiance gâchée par l’attitude du personnel, on semble les déranger et on n’a pas été habitué à ce genre d’accueil froid en Thailande."

"The location and the staff are just excellent….5 stars to Beem, front desk and general all-around everything guy with good English. We loved it here….its not for the city princesses or those that haven’t roughed it a little. Never had hot water…it’s steep everywhere here, beers are a little more money but the diving and snorkeling more than make up for it. Liked it here a lot."

"The hotel itself is well located near Sairee Beach and to all shops/restaurants. The room we stayed in was very close to some hostels that have loud music every night. Not a problem for us as we are heavy sleepers but may be something to consider for others. They said there would be a shuttle to pick us up from the pier but when we arrived we couldn’t find the shuttle. The ferry was about 30 minutes delayed which we thought may be the reason the shuttle wasn’t there. We got a taxi instead...
