"Paper towels. We ve been renting from Vrbo for over 10 years and have never checked into a European trip where there were paper towels. That’s the attention to detail to insure renters are happy. When I first received the contract and 27 page, what you need to know, book, I sighed. But printed it off and it was appreciated for its thoroughness. The unit was modern, clean and well supplied. We couldn’t have been happier. "

"Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French...

"Jean Pascal est un hôte disponible, il a été arrangeant après notre déconvenue à l'arrivée dans l'appartement. Une solution a été trouvé pour que nous puissions finir notre séjour sereinement. L'appartement est splendide, tout y est pour passer un super séjour, le confort est parfait, l'emplacement est idéal, juste un gros bémol qui a été embêtant pour nous c'est le bruit de la discothèque qui se trouve au sous-sol. "This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

L’appartement est calme et bien situé par rapport au centre (15 min à pied). Le stationnement est facile, nombreuses places disponibles gratuitement. L’appartement a une superbe vue sur la montagne et est très bien équipé. "

"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
