"This property was amazing, the hotel and rooms were beautiful. The private in room onsen and view of Mt Fuji from our room was incredible. The staff was top notch, friendly, professional & very helpful, having most of the checkin process in the room was very nice. Amenities & food were excellent! Also the garden and grounds were beautiful and a true nature lovers paradise. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel."

"Beautiful property!! Magical views, cozy stays and warm decor made for an unforgettable stay. Don’t forget to try the public bath for a relaxing soak after hiking. Property provided fun activities to take advantage of the beautiful environment. Definitely need to arrange transportation as restaurants and main town is not in walking distance and public transport does not come often. "

"Great view! Was great place to stay while visiting Kawaguchiko to see Mt Fuji. Close to train station and hence to nearby tourist spots. Public bath wasn't hot enough, but still warm and had the mountain view which was nice. Would love to stay again!"
