"Had a very awkward timeline to check in and out due to work purposes, and having a pet with me. Travis was very accommodating and flexible with our arrangements, and great at communicating as well.The suite was clean, there were snacks and extra toiletries in the washroom, and it was overall a wonderful experience. "The town house was just like it shows in pictures. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean. The property was nice but there was no access to the beach. When asked at the office we were told they were working on it and we could use the resort next door to access the beach. It turns out the resort next door does not support this but was kind enough to allow us to use it during our stay. This did not reflect poorly on the accommodations, they were fantastic! "
